- 2 cup idli rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal-spilt black lentil
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tabspoon chana dal -spilt bengal gram
- 1 tspoon dry fenugreek seeds
- For red chutney -
- 10-12 red whole dry chillies
- 1 tabspoon roasted chana dal /
- 8 cloves garlic
- Small chhoped onion
- Salt as per taste
- For potato masala -
- 1/2 tabspoon oil coconut /sunflower
- 1 tabspoon mustered seeds
- 1/2 tabspoon urad dal
- 1/2 tspoon chana dal
- 1/2 tspoon ginger chopped
- 2-3 green chilly spilt
- 1/2 sliced onion
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 2 big potatoes cooked and mashed
- 1/2 tspoon termeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- leaves Chhoped green coriander
- For maysore masala
- 4 tabspoon butter
- 4 tabspoon chhoped onions
- 4 tabspoon slice capsicum
- 4 tabspoon shredded cabbage
- 1 cup chopped tometoes
- 2 tabspoon chhoped beetroots
- 2 tabspoon grated carrots
- 2 tspoon red chilly powder
- 2 tspoon pav bhaji masala
- Salt as per taste
- Some greted process cheese
Instructions to make to make Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa
- Clean wash and soak rice dal fenugreek seeds soak them 7-8 hours then drain water and transfer into blender blend in to paste with little water keep aside with cover for ferment 2-3 hours.


- Soak red chilly for 15 min. in water then transfer into blender jar red chilly roasted dal onion salt garlic blend a smooth paste keep aside

- Heat up oil in pan add mustered seeds urad dal chana dal saute till golden add chopped onions saute add ginger green chilly curry leaves termeric powder salt mix all well sprinkle green coriander leaves

- For mysore masala
Heat up butter in non stick pan add onions saute add all veggies chilly powder pav bhaji masala salt green coriander chopped leaves cook 2-3 min add salt mix well
- Now take mysoor masala add potato mixture divide in 4 portions keep aside
- Heat up nonstick tava sprinkle some water wipe off with tissu paper pour a ladleful of batter spread in circular motion make circle spread 11/2 tspoon butter spread red chutney spread mysore masala in center spred grated process cheese fold and serve immigettly with samber / white green / red chutney.
