- Close the jar and keep it untouched for 21 days.
- After 21 days open the jar lid and carefully syphon out the clear wine to glass bottles without disturbing the residue. You can do this syphoning 2 or 3 times for better and clear wine.
- You may refrigerate the wine bottles for 48 to 72 hours. The wine is ready to be served.
