- 1 cup Bottle gourd (crushed)
- 1 1/2 cup Black gram (dehusked)
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder

- 1 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
Instructions to make to make Beetroot Nuggets
- Soak black gram in water for 6-7 hours or overnight.
- In a food processor, grind the soaked black gram until smooth in texture.
- In it, add crushed beetroot and bottle gourd along with spices.
- Mix it properly.
- Take a plastic sheet grease it with oil.
- Make small nuggets of the paste and place on the sheet.
- Dry these nuggets for 2 days till dried completely.
